We carefully analyze our client's needs, and plan and perform customized research projects.

To solve our client's marketing concerns on products and services, we plan and implement the most pertinent and effective methodology, and provide information that leads to the most appropriate and effective marketing behaviors.

Lyncs is equipped with infrastructure, experience and knowledge needed to conduct high-quality fieldwork and interviews both in qualitative and quantitative research.


Quantitative research

We have established three teams of in-house researchers. Those teams are for door-to-door interviews, Central Location Tests (CLT), and telephone interviews.

We adopted CAPI (Computer Assisted Interviewing) and CATI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing) systems in the early stages and have been using them in our fieldwork. (We also conduct a number of projects with conventional pen and paper methodology.)

・Efficient fieldwork is conducted at our own CLT facility in Shibuya, Tokyo.

・30 in-house researchers undertake large-scale projects in a variety of locations.

  Telephone interview team
 
・70 researchers assigned at Lyncs internal call center

Qualitaive Research
  We have conducted numerous qualitative studies as well, numbering, on an annual basis, more than 200 group interviews and over 400 in-depth interviews. 



Many of these projects are commissioned by overseas clients. Our experienced bilingual researchers and moderators maintain seamless communication with clients throughout a project, from consultation at the preliminary stage until the delivery of the final report.
